Pickup:

If you pick it up yourself using Click & Collect, we allow ourselves to charge a service fee of €1.

Shipment:

Delivery is only within Vienna (Austria) up to 15 km from the company location (1210 Vienna)

Shipping costs up to €80: € 5.00 within Vienna up to 15 km .

Free shipping: from €80.00 within Vienna up to 15 km .

Minimum order value: €50.00

In order for your order to be processed, your shopping cart must contain purchases with a value of at least €50.
Also, for some products, due to their size and weight, there is a maximum limit on the number of packages or pieces that can be ordered.

Alcohol: Restriction: 18 – Sale only to persons over 18 years

Below you will find the maximum quantities of the products:

water: max. 12 bottles, 2 packs or 2 5L bottles

Drinks: max. 12 bottles / 2 bags

milk: max. 12 bottles/boxes

beer: max. 12 bottles

wine: max. 12 bottles

Spirits: up to 12 bottles

Other products: max. 30 items

The maximum quantity for all products in one order is 100 pieces.

Delivery time:

If no other date is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Vienna within 1-4 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, according to your payment instruction).
Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will ship them in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item ordered with the longest delivery time.
